By using our iPhone repair services, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read the Terms of Service carefully as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service or any part thereof, your only remedy is to not use Central Ohio iDoctor’s services.
Central Ohio iDoctor does not guarantee that every device will be fixable. In the event that Central Ohio iDoctor is unable to complete or attempt a repair on the customer’s device, the customer will be notified immediately for further action. Additionally, the customer retains the right to cancel a repair at any given time before their scheduled appointment. If both parties are present, and the customer chooses to cancel the repair, Central Ohio iDoctor and its technicians reserve the right to charge a base fee.
The customer hereby understands that there are risks involved in every repair, and agrees to refrain from any legal action regarding the repair, whether the repair is successful or unsuccessful.
The technician retains the right to refuse a repair for any reason at any given time. If both parties are present, and the technician refuses to attempt the repair, Central Ohio iDoctor and the technician are not liable.
In the event of a house call, Central Ohio iDoctor enforces a maximum driving distance of 15 miles from the nearest repair technician. Central Ohio iDoctor also enforces a maximum driving time of 20 minutes from the repair technician. All house call requests greater than 15 miles away or greater than 20 minutes away are at the discretion of the technician to turn away or ask to meet at a location within 15 miles driving distance or within 20 minutes driving time of the technician. In situations where the customer cancels the repair once the technician has arrived at the given address, Central Ohio iDoctor reserves the right to charge the base house call fee.
In the case that Central Ohio iDoctor finds more damage to the device than stated in the online form, Central Ohio iDoctor will correspond with the customer to verify the desired option for the repair. If the device is beyond repair, the technician is not obligated to perform any work on the device.
Central Ohio iDoctor is not liable for any damage that is unspecified prior to the appointment date and time.

Following the completion of each repair, Central Ohio iDoctor reserves the right to keep the removed LCD display assembly at no cost to Central Ohio iDoctor or its technician.
No device shall be returned to customer prior to payment in full via our accepted payment methods including cash, check, credit, debit, and Apple Pay.
A lifetime warranty is included on all parts and labor upon completion of the repair at no additional cost. The device must retain the original part installed by Central Ohio iDoctor in order to redeem the warranty. Accidental damage automatically voids the stated warranty. Central Ohio iDoctor and its technicians reserve the right to determine whether or not accidental damage played a role in device damage following the return of the device to the customer.
All sales are final. Limit one coupon per customer per transaction, unless pre-approved by upper management. These terms and conditions help keep our prices low and our customers happy.
